What We Do
ALDS Architecture & Design provides licensed architectural services in short and long range planning, facility assessment and programming along with the traditional aspects of design for sacred space and the built environment.
ALDS provides over 20 years experience on a wide range of projects from small interior chapel renovations to large multi-purpose buildings that combine worship, administration, community, education and recreation spaces.
ALDS provides design consultations in interior design that include spatial arrangement, furniture design and placement as well as color. Through its contacts ALDS can provide services in acoustical, lighting, the commissioning new and/or retrofitting of devotional art, stained glass and sacred objects.
ALDS Architecture and Design is a licensed architectural design firm offering a full range of services to itsclients. Our ability to listen and encourage dialogue results in distinctive designs that fully reflect theclient’s needs and desires within a given context of the natural environment, architectural character and overall budget.
ALDS uses a phased approach that includes preliminary/schematic design, final design and construction document preparation along with construction contract administration and the coordination of related consultants as required. Each phase and proposed result is developed for each individual project with and established cost. This allows the client to have an overall view and understanding of the entire process from beginning to end. It also ensures the client’s direct involvement in design and control of the overall budget.
