Residential Design

ALDS Architecture and Design is a licensed architectural design firm offering a full range of services to itsclients. Our ability to listen and encourage dialogue results in distinctive designs that fully reflect theclient’s needs and desires within a given context of the natural environment, architectural character and overall budget.

ALDS uses a phased approach that includes preliminary/schematic design, final design and construction document preparation along with construction contract administration and the coordination of related consultants as required. Each phase and proposed result is developed for each individual project with and established cost. This allows the client to have an overall view and understanding of the entire process from beginning to end. It also ensures the client’s direct involvement in design and control of the overall budget.
